I am
originally
from
Sherman,
Texas and
now reside
in
Whitesboro.
I attend
Southeastern
Oklahoma
State
University
where I
major in
Zoology
and minor
in
Conservation.
I am also
working
towards my
Raptor
Handling
Certification
through
the Blackland
Prairie
Raptor
Center and
work with
birds of
prey,
including
Red Tailed
Hawks,
American
Kestrels,
Peregrine
Falcons, a
Red
Shouldered
Hawk, a
Screech
Owl, and a
Barn Owl.
I am a
Certified
Facilitator
in
Project Flying
WILD, and
a
Certified
Educator
in Project
Learning
Tree and
Project
WILD. I am
also a
member of
our local
chapter of
Ducks
Unlimited
and am an
amateur
photographer.

I was
raised in
Naperville
IL which
in the
Chicago
land area.
I then
went to
Western
Illinois
University
were I
graduated
with a
degree in
Zoology
and a
minor in
Anthropology.
I have
always had
a thrust
for
knowledge
in the
biology
field and
would like
to further
my
education
some time
down the
road.

Walton,

Specialist
I am
originally
from
Whitewright,
Texas.
During
high
school I
started
working
at a
YMCA
summer
camp
where I
developed
a love
for
children
and the
outdoors.
Because
of my
passion
for
camp, I
decided
to major
in
Recreation
&
Leisure
Studies
at UNT.
I love
teaching
children,
especially
about
nature
and
science.
I love
to fish,
hike,
star
gaze and
study
snakes.
Kelly Poe,
Waterfront
Specialist
I am a
local to
Pottsboro
and have
always
loved
being
outdoors
and
learning
about
nature. I
graduated
from
Christendom
College in
2005 with
a Bachelor
of Arts
degree in
English.
I was also
a
Certified
Water
Safety
Instructor
through
the Red
Cross and
taught
swimming
during the
summer for
5 years.
I loved
teaching
and
working
with kids,
especially
about
something
that I
really
loved and
was
interested
in, which
is what
brings me
to JOLT.

Pheonix
I am
originally
from
Albuquerque,
NM.
I
graduated
Cum
Laude
from
Southeastern
OK State
University
in 2007
with a
Bachelor's
of
Science
degree
in
Biology
with an
emphasis
in
Zoology
and a
minor in
Medical
Sciences.
I am
certified
in
Project
Wild and
LOVE
working
at JOLT.
I hope
to one
day
attend a
college
of
veterinary
medicine.
